Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Golang AI Developer with 5+ years of software development experience to build scalable, AI-powered backend applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Go (Golang), microservices, cloud technologies, REST APIs, and practical experience integrating Generative AI/LLMs into enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Golang.
- Build scalable microservices and RESTful APIs for AI-driven applications.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Azure OpenAI into backend systems.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases.
- Work with AI frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to deploy and optimize AI models.
- Design event-driven and distributed architectures using messaging systems.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Write unit tests, integration tests, and participate in code reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of backend development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Golang.




- Experience with Generative AI, LLM integration, and AI application development.
- Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate, FAISS, or OpenSearch.
- Robust understanding of REST APIs, gRPC, and Microservices.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Strong understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging systems.
- Experience with Kubernetes deployment and container orchestration.
- Exposure to MLOps and AI model deployment.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
