- We are hiring Experience candidates for advanced excel, SQL & Python role and are looking for candidates with outstanding verbal communication skills.

- The role operates in a 24x7 work environment, primarily supporting US customers, and requires flexibility to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with business, product, and operations teams to gather and understand analytical needs and objectives.
- Extract, clean, transform, and analyze data using tools such as SQL, Python, and Excel.
- Perform analysis on unstructured text sources, including customer feedback, chatbot conversations, and survey responses.
- Leverage text analytics and machine learning techniques, both supervised and unsupervised, to uncover actionable insights.




- Develop data science solutions by selecting the most suitable SQL-, Python-, or analytics-based approach based on data scale, complexity, and business requirements.
- Create innovative alternatives and problem-solving strategies to overcome limitations related to tools, models, or data availability.
- Present complex analytical findings in a clear, business-friendly manner, translating them into strategic recommendations while ensuring methodologies, assumptions, and processes are fully documented and transparent.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Advanced knowledge of SQL & Python for data extraction, transformation, and querying.
- Hands on experience with Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, complex formulas, dashboards,
- Positive Written and verbal communication.
- Any Graduate with no mandatory year of passing.
- Must be flexible to work in any shift (Rotational shift)

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria:
