About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and motivated Business Executives to join our growing tele sales team, working from home. This is an individual contributor, phone-based sales role focused entirely on revenue generation. You will be responsible for selling ChattyBao's subscription plans directly to local retail shops, showrooms, and businesses across India over calls and video demos. You will own the full sales cycle — from calling prospects in your assigned list to conducting live product demonstrations over phone or video call to closing deals. What You Will Do

- Call and engage prospective merchants — retail shops, showrooms, and local businesses from assigned leads across India.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations of ChattyBao's subscription plans over phone or video call.
- Explain the value of ChattyBao's products — Google visibility, website, and AI tools — in a simple and convincing manner to business owners.
- Convert prospects into paying subscribers and consistently meet monthly revenue targets.
- Build relationships with business owners over calls and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintain accurate daily records of calls, demos, and closures in the CRM.

Who We Are Looking For

- Minimum 2 years of tele sales or field sales experience, preferably in selling subscription-based products.
- Demonstrated track record of revenue generation and target achievement.
- Fluent in Hindi and English — essential for customer communication over calls across India.
- Strong verbal communication and convincing skills — comfortable talking to any kind of business owner over phone.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently from home.
- Must have a laptop or smartphone with stable internet connection and a quiet space to work from home.
- Comfortable using CRM tools, dialer apps, and basic apps for daily reporting and communication.

Compensation

CTC commensurate with last drawn salary.
