Role: Senior / Assistant Manager / Manager Financial Due Diligence (Transaction Services)
Practice: Deal Advisory - Transaction Services (FDD)
Location: Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai & Hyderabad (Role dependent)

Key Responsibilities

- Perform buy-side and sell-side Financial Due Diligence engagements.
- Analyze financial statements, quality of earnings, working capital, cash flows, and key business drivers.
- Identify financial risks, issues, and deal considerations through detailed analysis.
- Prepare and review Financial Due Diligence reports for clients.
- Interact with management teams and clients to obtain and validate financial information.
- Support cross-border transactions and complex deal engagements.
- Contribute to proposal preparation and business development initiatives.
- Mentor junior team members and ensure timely project delivery.
- Build strong client relationships while working on multiple engagements.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) (Ideally First Attempt).




- Senior/Assistant Manager: 35 years of experience in Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence / Big 4 Audit.
- Manager: 58 years of relevant experience in Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence.
- Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical, report writing, communication, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple engagements.
- Willingness to travel based on project requirements.
- IFRS knowledge will be an added advantage.
