Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Manager to oversee and manage the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and team management,

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly/annual reports
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, taxation laws, and audits
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes




- Monitor cash flow, cost control, and profitability analysis
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
- Lead and mentor the accounts team to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Implement and improve accounting systems and internal controls
- Support management with financial insights and strategic decision-making

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting/finance roles
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP systems) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
