Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to join our Marketing team in a global fintech lending technology company. The ideal candidate should have a robust analytical mindset, preferably with experience in the IT sector, and be capable of driving data-informed marketing strategies. This role offers end-to-end ownership of content and campaign execution, requiring the ability to develop content themes, manage campaigns independently, and translate marketing insights into impactful business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as website, blogs, articles, social updates, banners, case studies, guides, white papers, etc.
- Understanding of technologies like Salesforce, AI, AWS etc. and industry knowledge of B2B, IT and Fintech is a plus.
- Analyse content marketing metrics and makes changes as needed.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key marketing KPIs.
- Conduct customer segmentation, funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and campaign performance analysis.
- Support and measure the effectiveness of marketing experiments.




- Collaborate with different teams to identify opportunities for improving customer acquisition and retention.
- Generate actionable insights from marketing and customer data to support strategic decision-making.
- Work with large datasets using SQL and Excel to identify trends and opportunities.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of marketing data and reporting processes.
- Stay updated on marketing analytics tools, industry trends, and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2 - 4 years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, digital marketing analytics, or business analytics.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and performance metrics.
- Hands-on experience with marketing reporting tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL.
- Experience with data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
