Role & responsibilities

• Coordinating testing schedules and calendars. • Supporting test execution planning and logistics. • Tracking testing progress and completion. • Monitoring defects and defect resolution activities. • Coordinating testing sign-offs. • Supporting testing readiness reviews. • Producing testing status reports and dashboards. Deployment and Cutover Support Support deployment activities by: • Maintaining cutover plans and readiness trackers. • Coordinating deployment readiness reviews. • Tracking completion of deployment and cutover activities. • Supporting Go/No-Go meetings and decision processes. • Assisting with hypercare planning and coordination. Classified as Internal Reporting and Communication Prepare and maintain: • Weekly status reports. • Project dashboards. • Testing dashboards. • Steering Committee materials. • Leadership updates. • Action and decision summaries. Stakeholder Coordination Work closely with:



• Workday Lead • Workday Skilled Services • HR Process CoEs • HR Product Owners • Business Testers • HR IT Solutions Team • IT Product Teams Ensure actions, decisions, status updates, and project communications are distributed and tracked appropriately.

Preferred candidate profile

• 35 years of experience in Project Coordination, PMO, Testing Coordination, or related roles. • Experience within HR technology or HR transformation programmes. • Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing activities. • Experience maintaining project plans, RAID logs, governance artefacts, and reporting. • Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills. Preferred Experience • Experience supporting a Workday implementation project. Classified as Internal • Experience within HR technology or HR transformation programmes. • Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar project management tools. • Experience supporting testing, deployment, or cutover activities.
