Role & responsibilities :

Ensure that denim garments meet buyer quality standards from fabric inspection to final shipment by preventing defects and maintaining consistent quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Review buyer specifications, tech packs, and approved samples.

Inspect fabric, trims, and accessories before production.

Monitor quality during cutting, stitching, washing, finishing, and packing.

Conduct inline, final, and AQL inspections.

Ensure garment measurements, wash quality, and appearance meet buyer requirements.

Maintain quality reports and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Coordinate with production, merchandising, washing, and QC teams.

Train quality inspectors and production staff on quality standards.

Analyze defects and implement continuous quality improvements.

Goal:

Deliver defect-free denim garments that comply with buyer specifications while reducing rework, rejection, and production costs.

Preferred candidate profile:

Must be from Garment export background who have depth knowledge in respective field .. And must have goods experience at the same position .
