Role & responsibilities:

- Record daily production data from CGL, Tube Mill, and HR Slitting lines.
- Enter production details accurately into ERP, SAP, or MS Excel.
- Maintain records of production quantity, shift reports, downtime, rejection, and scrap.
- Verify production entries against logbooks and machine reports.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Stores departments to collect required data.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of production records.
- Maintain proper filing of production documents and reports.
- Report discrepancies or missing data to the Production Supervisor.
- Follow company safety procedures and workplace discipline.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma / ITI / Any Graduate (Freshers can apply).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and computer operations.
- Valuable numerical and data entry skills.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing or production processes is preferred.
