Role & responsibilities

Manage, administer, and monitor enterprise infrastructure across both on-premises and cloud environments, including VMware, Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, storage, and virtualization platforms. Plan, coordinate, and execute hardware refreshes, operating system upgrades, software updates, and infrastructure lifecycle activities with minimal business impact. Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and related identity and collaboration services. Manage Windows Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file services, and identity and access management. Deploy, configure, and manage Azure infrastructure, including virtual machines, networking, storage accounts, backup, monitoring, and access control. Administer VMware vSphere environments, including ESXi hosts, vCenter Server, clusters, HA, DRS, vMotion, storage, and virtual machine lifecycle management. Manage SSL/TLS certificates, including certificate requests (CSR), renewals, installation, troubleshooting, and maintaining certificate inventories. Perform server patching, vulnerability remediation, security hardening, and compliance activities across Windows and Linux platforms. Manage user accounts, security groups, permissions, privileged access, and role-based access control (RBAC). Provide Level 2/Level 3 technical support through the ITSM platform, including incident, problem, and change management.



Create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), knowledge base articles, and infrastructure diagrams. Participate in scheduled maintenance activities and provide on-call support for critical infrastructure incidents.

Required Skills:8 -12 years of hands on L3 level experience in Windows Server and enterprise infrastructure administration. Strong experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter administration. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure IaaS and PaaS services. Experience administering Microsoft Exchange (Exchange Online and/or On-Premises) and Microsoft 365. Strong knowledge of Windows Server technologies, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and PowerShell. Experience with Azure Backup, Azure Site Recovery, storage, networking, and monitoring services. Hands on experience on SSL/TLS certificate management, including recent certificate requests, renewals, installation, and troubleshooting. Knowledge of virtualization, storage technologies, networking fundamentals, and server security best practices. Experience with enterprise monitoring and ITSM tools such as Service Now Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills. Hands on experience with monitoring tools preferably Logic monitor and its management Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
