We're Hiring: Finance Controller EMEA Operations

Are you a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong leadership skills and expertise in finance operations? We are looking for a Finance Controller to lead our EMEA Finance Operations team.

Location: Pune

Experience: 610 Years

CTC: Up to 12 Lakhs P.A.

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the EMEA Finance Operations team

Oversee General Ledger, month-end and year-end closing activities

Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

Drive process improvements and maintain robust internal controls

Coordinate with global stakeholders across the EMEA region

Manage compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Mentor and develop team members while ensuring operational excellence

Preferred Skills:

Qualified CA (preferred)





Strong experience in finance operations and team management

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Hands-on experience with SAP (preferred)

Strong knowledge of General Ledger, Financial Reporting, and Month-End Close

Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced global environment
