Role & responsibilities
- Build, manage, and mentor a highperforming team of ADMs/agents.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets across assigned territories.
- Drive recruitment, activation, and productivity of agents and channel partners.
- Track sales pipelines and ensure consistent business generation.
- Strengthen market presence through strategic initiatives and customer engagement.
Preferred candidate profile
- 612 years of sales experience (preferably in BFSI/insurance).
- Solid team leadership and channel development skills.
