Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for civil engineering roles, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviews.
- Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Build and maintain a solid network of civil engineering professionals and clients.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent within the civil engineering industry.
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate databases and maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.
- Provide advice to clients and candidates on market trends, salary benchmarking, and industry requirements.
- Assist with onboarding and other HR-related tasks as required.
Minimum experience: Minimum1-2 Year of experience after Graduate in any stream.
