We're Looking For

10+ years of experience in Workday, Enterprise HCM, or ERP solutions Strong expertise across multiple Workday modules (HCM, Integrations, Payroll, Talent, Analytics)

Proven experience leading enterprise-scale Workday implementations

Solid knowledge of integration architecture, APIs, and enterprise data frameworks

Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills

Workday Certifications are highly preferred

What You'll Do
Design end-to-end enterprise Workday solutions across multiple modules
Lead large-scale Workday implementation and transformation programs
Define integration and data architecture using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, APIs, and middleware
Establish architecture standards, governance, and best practices
Drive AI, automation, and analytics initiatives within the Workday ecosystem
Mentor senior consultants and provide technical leadership across programs
Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align technology with business goals
