Business Analyst (BA)

Job Overview

We are looking for a practical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between our business ideas and development team. You will work directly with key stakeholders and developers to gather requirements, clarify project goals, and convert business needs into transparent, actionable technical specs.

Key Responsibilities

- Requirement Gathering: Interface directly with product owners and stakeholders to understand feature requests and document business requirements clearly.
- Agile Documentation: Write clear User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, wireframes, and flowcharts for the development team.
- Sprint Support: Work closely with developers and QA during sprint planning and daily standups to clarify requirements and keep development on track.
- Process Mapping: Document workflows and user journeys to ensure features are designed logically.
- Testing Support: Review built features and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to verify that final deliverables meet requirements before release.
- Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 24 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software or product company.
- Agile Tools:



Experience writing user stories and managing task boards using Jira, Trello, or Confluence.
- Flow & Wireframing: Proficiency with tools like Lucidchart, Draw.io, or Figma to map workflows.
- Communication: Clear verbal and written communication to translate business goals into developer-friendly tasks.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving ability to break complex requirements down into clear execution steps.
