Job Role (What Youll Do)

In an International Voice Process, your work will mainly be:

- Answering calls from customers in countries like USA or Australia

- Helping them with:

- Product questions

- Service issues

- Technical support

- Sometimes chatting with customers (semi-voice = chat + some calls)

Example tasks:

- Resetting a customer password

- Helping track an order

- Solving billing issues

- Good English speaking skills

- Basic typing and computer knowledge

- Ability to talk politely with customers

- Basic problem-solving skills

3 Work Timing

Since customers are from other countries:

- Night shifts are common

- Rotational shifts (different times each week)
