Education: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Manager Renewable Energy Projects to oversee the execution and maintenance of solar projects. This role requires strong on-site experience, project management expertise, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead execution, installation, and commissioning of solar projects with focus on timelines, budget, and quality
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams for seamless project delivery
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure safety/regulatory compliance
- Maintain project documentation and share timely updates with stakeholders




- Troubleshoot on-site challenges to maintain uninterrupted operations
- Implement and enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols

Qualifications & Skills

- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- 3-4 years of in office experience in solar project execution and O&M;
- Strong understanding of solar PV systems, installation, and maintenance practices
- Excellent coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with project management tools/software is an advantage
