Job Summary

We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer with hands-on experience in PTC Creo, Windchill, 3D Modeling, Sheet Metal Design, Assembly Modeling, and BOM Structures. The ideal candidate should have experience in product design and development within HVAC, Air Handling Units (AHU), Climate Control equipment, or similar mechanical products.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop 3D models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings using PTC Creo.
- Design sheet metal components and assemblies.
- Prepare and maintain Engineering BOM (EBOM) and multi-level BOM structures.
- Manage product data, revisions, and release process using Windchill PLM.
- Create manufacturing drawings with GD&T; as per engineering standards.




- Perform Engineering Change Requests (ECR) and Engineering Change Notices (ECN).
- Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, and Production teams.
- Support prototype development, design validation, and product improvement activities.
- Ensure designs comply with DFM & DFA principles.
