Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Executive to manage and maintain accurate data records. The ideal candidate should have valuable knowledge of MS Excel, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle data efficiently while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases, ERP systems, and spreadsheets.
- Verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency before processing.
- Review and correct data discrepancies to ensure high-quality records.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical records in a systematic manner.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by management.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect, update, and validate information.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of company data and records.
- Monitor data integrity and perform regular data audits.
- Assist in document management, filing, and other administrative activities.




- Support back-office operations and additional tasks assigned by management.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and other MS Office applications.
- Strong data entry and typing skills with high accuracy.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Basic knowledge of ERP software and database management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualification

- Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc, or equivalent).
- Candidates with relevant certifications or diplomas will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 13 years of experience in Data Entry, Back Office Operations, MIS, or Administrative Support roles.
- Ability to handle large volumes of data with accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
