JDFull Stack Developer
The Role
You will build the internal tools that digitise how Arvind operates inspection apps, approval workflows, sampling trackers, dashboards, and integrations with SAP and the central data platform. This is a hands-on engineering role. You will own features and tools end-to-end, fix bugs fast, and build for users across domains and levels.
What You Will Do
• Develop and maintain internal applications per the team's engineering standards
• Build integrations with SAP, the central data platform, and authentication systems
• Design for mobile and shop-floor conditions: offline-tolerant where needed, minimal-click flows, fast load times
• Fix production bugs fast — internal tools live or die on how quickly issues get resolved
• Support UAT with business users and iterate on feedback
• Contribute reusable components — auth, SAP connector — that cut the build time for future tools
What We Are Looking For




• 3–6 years; full-stack proficiency across frontend and backend development
• Solid API and systems integration experience — has connected applications to ERP or enterprise systems before
• Ships rapid without making a mess; writes code that a colleague can maintain
• Mobile-first thinking
• Manufacturing or industrial domain experience is a plus
• Should have experience with any modern frontend and backend technology stack.
• Working knowledge of AI technologies/tools is required, as AI-driven development and automation will be a significant part of the role.
• Experience with SAP/ERP integrations would be an added advantage.
• Mobile-first application development experience would be an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills, clean coding practices, and the ability to deliver production-ready solutions quickly are required.
