Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Mall Marketing & Events Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about planning and executing engaging mall events, promotions, activations, and community initiatives that increase footfall and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute mall events, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with agencies, vendors, artists, and performers for successful event execution.
- Work closely with retailers for in-mall promotions and collaborative marketing campaigns.
- Manage event budgets, vendor negotiations, and execution timelines.
- Coordinate with operations, security, housekeeping,



and technical teams for smooth event management.
- Support digital and social media promotions for upcoming events.
- Track event performance, visitor engagement, and prepare post-event reports.
- Develop relationships with local communities, schools, RWAs, influencers, and sponsors for engagement activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate/MBA in Marketing/Event Management preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in Mall Marketing, Events, Retail Marketing, Hospitality, or Event Management.
- Excellent communication and vendor management skills.
- Creative mindset with solid planning and execution abilities.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
