- Lead end-to-end delivery of large Industrial, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Renewable Energy, or EPC projects from concept, planning, execution, commissioning, and handover.
- Establish and manage Project Management Office (PMO) frameworks, governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Drive project controls functions including planning, scheduling, cost management, risk management, change control, and progress monitoring.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, quality standards, safety requirements, and contractual obligations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal leadership teams to achieve project objectives.
- Develop project execution strategies, resource plans, recovery plans, and performance improvement initiatives.




- Monitor project KPIs, prepare executive dashboards, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and mentor project managers, planners, and project controls professionals.
- Manage project risks, claims, commercial issues, and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 15+ years of experience in Industrial or Renewable Energy Project Construction, PMO, Project Controls, and Construction Project Management, with proven leadership on large-scale projects.
