We are inviting applications from qualified, passionate, and research-oriented IIT academicians for the positions of Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor. The selected candidates will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses, mentoring students, conducting research, publishing in reputed journals, and contributing to academic and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality teaching for undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and assessment methods in accordance with the curriculum.
- Mentor and guide students in academic projects, internships and research activities.
- Conduct research, publish papers in reputed journals, and contribute to funded research projects.
- Participate in curriculum design, accreditation activities (NAAC), and outcome-based education initiatives.
- Organize seminars, workshops, faculty development programs, and other academic events.




- Undertake departmental administrative responsibilities and actively contribute to institutional development.
- Collaborate with industry and academic partners to enhance teaching, research, and innovation.

Desired Qualifications:

- Ph.D. or M.Tech in ME/CE/EN/EC/CSE (as per AICTE/UGC norms)
- Relevant teaching, research, and/or industry experience as per UGC norms.
- Candidates with research publications, patents, funded projects, or industry experience will be preferred.

Preferred Skills:

- Good communication, presentation, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with research publications, patents, consultancy, funded projects, or accreditation processes will be an added advantage.
