We are looking for a Business Operations Manager who can bring structure, ownership and execution to our growing business.

Key Responsibilities

Business Operations

Manage end-to-end operational activities from order processing to installation and customer onboarding.
Monitor service delivery and ensure SLA compliance across customer accounts.
Coordinate with Sales, Service and Accounts teams for seamless execution.
Build and maintain operational dashboards and MIS reports.
Develop and improve SOPs to increase efficiency.
Monitor invoice generation, collections and operational follow-ups.

Team Management
Lead and coordinate the operations team.
Conduct daily and weekly review meetings.
Track departmental KPIs and ensure timely execution.
Drive accountability across functions.

Customer Success
Maintain strong relationships with key customers.
Resolve escalations in a timely and professional manner.
Identify opportunities for customer retention and account growth.

Process Improvement

Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.




Introduce automation wherever possible.

Improve turnaround times and operational efficiency.

Required Skills
4-6 years of Operations experience in B2B Services / IT Services / Office Automation / Managed Services.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Robust analytical and problem-solving ability.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience creating MIS reports and operational dashboards.
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Customer-focused with strong ownership mindset.
