Your Work ProfileThe Program / Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing the successful delivery of programs or accounts. This role serves as the primary point of contact between the organization and its clients, ensuring alignment of goals, timelines, budgets, and expected outcomes while driving client satisfaction and business growth.

Program & Delivery Management

- Own end-to-end delivery of programs or client accounts, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives are met.
- Develop program plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Track progress against KPIs and SLAs; proactively address delivery risks and issues.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, finance, sales, and support) to ensure timely execution.

Client / Account Management

- Act as the primary relationship manager for assigned accounts or programs.
- Understand client business goals and translate them into actionable program plans.
- Lead regular client reviews, status meetings, and executive updates.
- Manage client expectations and handle escalations professionally and effectively.

Key Skills Required

- Integrate business-specific needs from a technical solution design perspective and deliver effort estimates for solutions.
- Design and develop dashboards, volume reports, operating summaries, presentations, and graphs.
- Work with business and Scrum teams to identify, define, and develop KPI, dashboard, and reporting requirements.
- Publish reports to app.powerbi.com,



configure connections, and schedule refreshes.
- Optimize dashboard and report performance.
- Support testing and production release activities.
- Perform prototyping and POCs to support technical design and requirement analysis.
- Resolve defects during testing cycles and hypercare support.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Power BI Data Modeling (Relationships/DAX) and Visualization.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Expertise in Power BI application development and data visualization.
- Strong understanding of SQL, Data Warehousing, and Data Modeling concepts.
- Hands-on experience with data modeling in Power BI, Azure Analysis Services (AAS), or similar tools.
- Experience with Power BI Service, Workspaces, Gateways, Premium Capacity, Publishing, Scheduling, and User Access Management.
- Experience implementing Row-Level Security (RLS).
- Robust expertise in writing DAX.
- Advanced knowledge of Power BI calculations (Aggregate, Date, Logical, String, and Table functions).
- Experience creating visualizations such as Bar Charts, Slicers, Line Charts, Pie Charts, Histograms, Maps, Scatter Charts, Bullet Charts, Heat Maps, and Tree Maps.
- Experience in performance tuning, including calculated columns, measures, filtering strategies, variables, and data loading optimization.
- Experience with Custom Visuals and Group Creation.
- Experience managing Embed Codes.
- Experience with Data Gateway for data refresh and Content Pack Library.
- Experience working with Azure Analysis Services (AAS) and RDBMS data sources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
