About the Role

NoBroker is looking for energetic and driven Business Development Associates (Inside Sales) who are passionate about sales, customer engagement, and achieving high performance. You will play a key role in converting leads, understanding customer requirements, and driving revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to potential customers.

- Understand client requirements and recommend the right NoBroker services.

- Convert leads into successful sales through effective communication and negotiation.

- Maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

- Update CRM with accurate customer data and follow-ups.

- Collaborate with team leaders to improve sales strategies and customer experience.

What Were Looking For

- Strong communication and persuasion skills.





- Sales-driven attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

- Previous experience in inside sales or tele-sales is a plus (but not mandatory).
