Job Title: HR Intern
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition and HR Operations team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidate profiles.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Assist in onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain HR records and recruitment trackers.
- Support employee engagement initiatives.
- Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Valuable communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and build a career in Human Resources.
