Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by assisting customers in selecting jewellery, achieving sales targets, maintaining product displays, and ensuring smooth day-to-day counter operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong product knowledge, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Service

- Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
- Assist customers in selecting gold, diamond, silver, platinum, and gemstone jewellery.
- Explain product features, pricing, making charges, offers, and warranty details.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.

Product Display & Counter Management
- Ensure jewellery is displayed neatly and attractively as per company guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales counter.
- Ensure all products are properly tagged and displayed.
- Support visual merchandising activities and promotional displays.

Inventory & Stock Handling
- Assist in daily opening and closing stock verification.
- Ensure proper handling and safe custody of jewellery items.
- Report stock shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the Counter Head or Store Manager.
- Participate in periodic stock audits and physical verification.

Billing & Documentation
- Assist customers during billing and payment processes.
- Verify customer details for invoices and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with KYC and company policies where applicable.
- Maintain accurate sales records and transaction details.

Customer Relationship Management




- Follow up with customers regarding new collections, offers, and festive promotions.
- Encourage customer feedback to improve service quality.
- Build long-term customer loyalty through personalized service.

Compliance & Store Operations
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and security procedures.
- Maintain grooming and professional appearance as per company standards.
- Support store activities during exhibitions, events, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary (+2).
- Graduation is preferred.

Experience
- Minimum 6 months of experience in jewellery retail sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales may also be considered.
