Position: IT Domestic Recruiter

Key Responsibilities
* Source and screen IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
* Understand client hiring requirements and identify suitable candidates.
* Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate technical fit.
* Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer rollout and onboarding.
* Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
* Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and maintain positive candidate engagement.
* Update and maintain candidate records in ATS/Excel.
* Achieve individual hiring targets and ensure timely closures.
Required Skills
* Basic understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
* Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, or other job portals.
* Knowledge of Boolean Search and advanced sourcing techniques is preferred.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.
* Good organizational and time management skills.
