PLC Programmer Requirement

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced PLC Programmer for industrial automation projects involving motion control, pneumatic systems, and machine integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• PLC programming and troubleshooting

• Servo motor integration (position control & synchronization)

• HMI development (recipe management, parameter settings, alarms & diagnostics)

• Pneumatic sequence logic development

• VFD integration and control

• Integration of sensors, load cells, and field instruments

• Machine safety interlocks implementation

• On-site commissioning and trial support





Technical Requirements:

• Experience with Rockwell / Allen-Bradley PLC (Preferred)

• Hands-on experience on machines running on servo drives, pneumatic cylinders, and VFDs (Preferred)

• Strong knowledge of motion control applications

• HMI development experience

• Understanding of industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, etc.)

• Knowledge of industrial safety standards

Experience Required: • 3 to 7 Years.
