Resource Budget Management: Allocating resources, managing budgets, and tracking expenses.
Team Leadership: Building, motivating, and directing project teams, fostering communication.
Execution Monitoring: Overseeing progress, managing risks, ensuring quality, and reporting status to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management: Serving as the central point of contact, managing expectations, and bridging technical teams with business goals.
