As a Quality Analyst, you will:
- Own the QA process across multiple projects, from requirement analysis to final release.
- Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts to ensure high-quality releases across web and enterprise applications.
- Leverage automation frameworks and AI-powered testing tools to improve test coverage, accelerate regression cycles, and enhance defect detection.
- Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and business analysts to ensure seamless delivery.
- Identify, document, and track defects, driving resolution and continuous improvement.
- Champion quality by proactively suggesting enhancements to processes, tools, and standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Be a champion and strong advocate of end-to-end quality assurance across Kensiums delivery to our clients, ensuring each release meets functional, performance, and user experience standards.
- Translate business and system requirements into detailed, reusable test cases ensuring full coverage and traceability.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test scenarios, and test data for functional, integration, regression, and UAT phases.
- Define and implement quality metrics to measure test effectiveness and product readiness.
- Own test execution across multiple projects with precision and accountability.
- Log, track, and manage defects using tools like JIRA, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
- Provide clear and concise test reports, highlighting risks, coverage gaps, and release readiness.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Developers, Business Analysts,
and UI/UX teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Participate in client demos and communicate testing outcomes confidently and professionally.
- Act as a quality gatekeeper during release cycles, ensuring only production-ready features are deployed.
- Leverage automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, TestNG) to improve test efficiency and coverage.
- Explore and integrate AI-powered testing tools and practices to enhance speed and accuracy.
- Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes, tools, and frameworks.
- Proactively identify quality risks and mitigation strategies early in the development cycle.
- Conduct root cause analysis for defects and contribute to process improvements.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices to bring innovation into Kensium’s QA practices.
Experience and Skills
Testing & Quality Expertise
- 5–6 years of hands-on experience testing web applications (ERP or eCommerce preferred).
- Proficiency in manual testing, regression cycles, and defect management using JIRA or similar tools.
- Experience designing and maintaining traceability matrices.
- Familiarity with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium) and ability to review/update scripts.
- Exposure to AI-driven testing tools for predictive defect detection or visual validation.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new frameworks, tools, and platforms.
Collaboration & Communication
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Experience coordinating with clients to deliver demos, gather feedback, and align on expectations.
Analytical & Organizational Abilities

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5–6 years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance for web applications or enterprise software, with a strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience in ERP or eCommerce domains is highly desirable and will be a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in writing and executing test cases, test plans, and defect tracking.
- Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman, and performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner would be a plus.
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Experience working with AI-assisted testing tools, intelligent automation platforms, or GenAI-based QA solutions will be a strong advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
