Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS | Kubernetes | CI/CD)

WebWorks Co. is building, an AI-first Enterprise SaaS platform that helps organizations manage Procurement, and Business Operations on a single platform.

We are looking for a passionate Senior DevOps Engineer who enjoys solving complex engineering problems and building scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS.

* Build secure and well-documented REST APIs for enterprise applications.

* Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases and data models using Prisma ORM.

* Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control (JWT, RBAC).

* Develop procurement, approval workflow, partner management, and asset management modules.

* Integrate caching using Redis and background job processing using BullMQ.

* Integrate third-party services such as Email, WhatsApp, Payment Gateways, and AI APIs.

* Build AI-powered workflows using OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini APIs where required.

* Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

* Write clean, reusable, and testable code following industry best practices.

* Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical planning.

* Collaborate closely with Product, Frontend, AI.

Required Skills

* 4-7 years of professional backend development experience.

* Strong expertise in Node.js and TypeScript.

* Hands-on experience with NestJS.

* Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and Prisma ORM.





* Experience designing and developing scalable REST APIs.

* Hands-on experience with Redis.

* Strong understanding of JWT Authentication, RBAC, and API Security.

* Experience with Docker and containerized applications.

* Proficiency with Git and GitHub workflows.

* Understanding of software design principles, clean architecture, and scalable system design.

* Solid debugging and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

* BullMQ or RabbitMQ.

* AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, CloudWatch).

* GitHub Actions / CI/CD.

* Microservices Architecture.

* WebSocket.

* OpenAI / Claude / Gemini API integration.

* LangChain / LangGraph.

* Elasticsearch / OpenSearch.

* Unit Testing using Jest.

Preferred Candidate Profile

* Experience building Enterprise SaaS, ERP, CRM, Procurement, HRMS, Workflow Automation, or B2B Platforms.

* Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

* Passion for writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code.

* Startup experience will be an added advantage.
