Key Responsibilities:

- International Business Development: Identify and develop new international markets, customers, and distribution channels.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for target regions (e.g., Latin America, Europe, Africa, Southeast Asia).
- Participate in global trade shows, exhibitions, and buyer-seller meets to generate leads.
- Sales Strategy Revenue Growth: Define and execute sales plans to achieve volume and revenue targets.
- Develop pricing strategies in alignment with market dynamics and company goals.
- Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain solid relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.
- Handle negotiations, contracts, and long-term agreements with key accounts.
- Ensure timely order execution, customer satisfaction, and after-sales support.
- Coordination Cross-functional Alignment: Liaise with production, supply chain, QA/QC, and RD teams to meet customer requirements.




- Coordinate with logistics and export documentation teams for smooth shipments.
- Collaborate with regulatory affairs for product registrations and compliance in export countries.
- Documentation Compliance: Ensure all export documentation complies with international trade regulations.
- Stay updated with regulatory changes in export markets (REACH, EPA, SDS, etc.).
- Handle Letters of Credit (LC), payment terms, and commercial documentation.

Qualifications Experience:

- Education: Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related science.
- MBA/PGDM in International Business or Marketing is highly preferred.
- Experience: 10-15 years of experience in international sales and marketing in the chemical / agrochemical / specialty chemicals industry.
- Proven track record in handling global clients, distributors, and agents.
- Exposure to regulatory environments and international compliance norms.
