Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Supervise a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Conduct eye exams for customers using specialized equipment, ensuring accurate measurements and proper fitting of glasses or contact lenses.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising by arranging displays, restocking shelves, and organizing inventory.
Job Requirements :
- 2-15 years of experience in optical sales or related field (counter sales).
- Robust knowledge of optics industry trends, products, and services.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse range of people at all levels.
