Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical S&OP; Executive to support demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with data, forecasting demand, collaborating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly demand forecasts.
2. Analyze historical sales data and forecast accuracy to improve planning.
3. Convert demand forecasts into supply and inventory plans.
4. Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Logistics, Sales, and Finance teams.
5. Monitor inventory levels, safety stock, and replenishment plans.
6. Organize and support weekly/monthly S&OP; meetings.
7. Track action items and ensure timely closure across departments.
8. Prepare S&OP; dashboards and MIS reports.
9. Analyze forecast deviations, inventory issues, and supply gaps.
10. Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.

Required Skills:

1. Experience in S&OP;, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, or Supply Chain Operations.
2.



Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Lookups, Reporting).
4. Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar.
5. Good understanding of forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain concepts.
6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
7. Ability to work in a quick-paced, cross-functional environment.

Educational Qualification:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
2. 1+ years of experience in S&OP;, demand planning, supply planning, or a closely related operations/supply chain role.
3. MBA/Post Graduate Diploma in Operations or Supply Chain is preferred.
4. APICS CPIM/CSCP or equivalent certification is an added advantage.
