Role & responsibilities : Large-scale earthwork
Stone pitching/riprap/launching apron/groynes
RCC hydraulic structures
De watering, river diversion, and flood management
Contract management and coordination with the Engineer-in-Charge
Overall execution and planning.
Deployment of machinery and manpower.
Quality, safety, and progress monitoring.
Ensuring proper quality of work from sub contractors.
Maintaining records.
Coordinating with Irrigation Department Engineers.
Preferred candidate profile : Execution of major irrigation, flood protection, embankment, dam, barrage, canal, or similar infrastructure projects.
