Job Title: GDS Operations Enablement - Supervising Associate

Job Summary

EY GDS, with a presence in 9 countries and a headcount of over 90000, is rapidly growing. GDS operations is partnering with the business in this journey of growth. Amidst this growth, there is a need to keep evolving for the integration of the GDS Operations team and decision-making framework. This role supports GDS operations management activities and the opportunities for integration of GDS Operations teams.

Role Summary

The role requires strong project planning and execution capabilities, stakeholder management, governance expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to create executive-level presentations and reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop detailed project plans, milestones, trackers, risk registers, and governance frameworks.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment across multiple stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Prepare executive dashboards, reports, and leadership updates to support decision-making.
- Facilitate project governance meetings,



and leadership reviews.
- Analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve project outcomes and operational effectiveness.
- Contribute to process improvements and implementation of best project management practices.

Preferred qualifications and skills

- 5-10 years of experience.
- Experience driving accountability and ensuring timely execution across teams.
- MBA in Operations, Finance or Marketing
- Excellent PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong coordination, influencing, and relationship-management skills.
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is preferred.
