Position Overview:

The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for coordinating with Ventilation system,Plumbing and Fire Fighting works for large scale Residential/Commercial/Township projects.The role requires site execution knowledge and the ability to drive cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Project Planning & Coordination

- Review GFC drawings,BOQ,technical specifications and highlight discrepancies for resolution.

- Prepare Electrical and Low Voltage schedules aligned with overall project timelines.

2.Site Execution Management

- Monitor installation activities for Electrical(HT/LT),ELV and related systems.

- Resolve technical issues with Manager-MEP in office and provide engineering solutions.

- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality,safety and adherence to specifications.

3.Quality ,Safety and Compliance

- Ensure strict adherence to Electrical and ELV quality standards and safety norms as per NBC 2016

- Validate installation against reference standards and approved drawings.

4.Documentation & Reporting

Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports for Electrical and ELV with Manager-MEP
