Job Title: Golang Developer
Experience: 6+ Years (Preferred: 6–10 Years)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Golang Developer with robust expertise in building scalable microservices and distributed systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance backend applications using Go, with a solid understanding of cloud-native architectures and RESTful APIs.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Golang (Go).
- Build and optimize microservices-based applications.
- Design and implement distributed systems for high availability and scalability.
- Develop and consume REST APIs and integrate with third-party services.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOps.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions.

Required Skills





- 6+ years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Golang (Go).
- Experience in Microservices Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of Distributed Systems.
- Experience with RESTful API development.
- Good understanding of concurrency, multithreading, and Go routines.
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Familiarity with message brokers such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Nice to Have

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of gRPC, GraphQL, or event-driven architecture.
- Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
- Exposure to DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 6–10 years of relevant experience in backend development.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Immediate to 30 days notice period is preferred.
