About the Role

Arundhati Jewellers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to oversee and manage construction, renovation, maintenance, and infrastructure development projects across company locations. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and the ability to ensure quality, safety, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, supervise, and execute civil construction and renovation projects for retail stores, offices, warehouses, and other company properties.
- Prepare project estimates, budgets, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and cost analyses.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and consultants for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction norms.
- Verify contractor bills, measurements, and project-related documentation.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials and resources to optimize project costs.
- Review construction drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.




- Resolve technical issues arising during project execution.
- Prepare periodic project status reports and submit updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations and statutory requirements.
- Manage maintenance and repair activities of existing company infrastructure.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project planning tools.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid communication and vendor management abilities.
- Ability to travel and work at different project locations as required.
- Knowledge of safety standards and quality control practices.

Eligibility Criteria

- B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in civil construction, interior fit-outs, commercial projects, or infrastructure development.
- Experience in retail, commercial, or corporate infrastructure projects will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of estimation, billing, and project coordination.
