Position: Audit Executive

Timing: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular audits of jewellery inventory, cash, and store operations.
- Verify stock movement, physical inventory, and reconciliation with system records.
- Audit daily sales, purchase, billing, and cash transactions for accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and internal control procedures.
- Identify discrepancies, shortages, excess stock, or process deviations and report findings.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with observations and recommendations.
- Coordinate with store managers and department heads to resolve audit issues.




- Verify documentation related to purchases, sales, returns, and stock transfers.
- Monitor compliance with GST, invoicing, and financial documentation standards.
- Support surprise audits and periodic branch audits across multiple locations.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and operational information.
- Assist management in implementing corrective actions and improving internal controls.
