About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, growth-oriented, and tech-savvy Senior Digital Marketing Lead to drive our B2B SaaS marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS product marketing, performance marketing, team leadership, and demand generation. This role requires someone who is passionate about leveraging AI-powered marketing tools and data-driven strategies to accelerate business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies for B2B SaaS products.

* Drive lead generation and customer acquisition through performance marketing campaigns.

* Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other digital platforms.

* Lead SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media initiatives.

* Analyze campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and continuously improve ROI.

* Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team to achieve business objectives.

* Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

* Leverage AI-powered marketing tools and automation to improve campaign effectiveness and operational efficiency.

* Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, SaaS growth strategies, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* 3 - 7 years of overall digital marketing experience.





* Minimum *3 years of hands-on experience in B2B SaaS Product Marketing*.

* Proven expertise in Performance Marketing and Lead Generation.

* Experience managing and mentoring a digital marketing team.

* Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Marketing, Email Marketing, and Marketing Automation.

* Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and growth marketing strategies.

* Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
