Role & responsibilities

Team Leadership: Supervise and guide a team of 10-20 personnel for daily operation

Security Planning & Risk Management

Develop and implement site-specific security strategies and SOPs.

Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits.

Plan and execute emergency response drills and security awareness programs.

Guard Force Management

Supervise outsourced security personnel across multiple locations.

Ensure proper deployment, training, and performance evaluation of guards.

Monitor shift schedules, attendance, and SLA compliance.

Crime Investigation & Incident Handling

Lead investigations into theft, vandalism, trespassing, and other security breaches.

Coordinate with law enforcement and internal stakeholders for evidence collection and resolution.

Maintain detailed incident reports and analyze trends for preventive action.

Reporting & Coordination

Prepare and present security performance reports to senior management.

Liaise with facility management, HR, and legal teams for cross-functional security matters.





Support visitor and dormitory security protocols, including access control and surveillance.

Preferred candidate profile

.Technical Skills:

Familiarity with physical security systems: CCTV, access control, intrusion detection.

Basic understanding of low-voltage cabling, networking fundamentals, and system integration.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).

Experience with industrial park management systems or business operations platforms is a plus.

Robust leadership and team coordination abilities.

Excellent communication skills in English; Chinese language proficiency is a plus.

High integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to respond effectively under pressure.
