Experience : 4-7 years in electrical quality control in a manufacturing workplace, ideally battery / BESS, UPS, inverter, power electronics, or EV battery pack manufacturing

Key Job Responsibilities:

Perform incoming inspection of electrical components - cells, BMS, PCS, cables, contactors, sensors, and PCBs.

Execute in-process electrical QC checks at defined control-plan stages on the assembly line and conduct final electrical testing/verification of BESS units as per ATP.

Identify, document and disposition non-conforming electrical components/assemblies; maintain calibration records for all test equipment.

Support root-cause analysis for electrical quality failures and implementation of corrective actions.

Coordinate with suppliers and the SQD team on component quality issues, and support FAT activities with customers and third-party inspectors.
