Capabilities, Experience & Qualification Requirements

Essential capabilities

- Attention to Detail - The ability to meticulously review information and identify discrepancies in candidates backgrounds.




- Strong Analytical Skills - Proficiency in analyzing background check results and making informed decisions based on the findings.
- Communication Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectively conveying findings to HR and other stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Abilities - A proactive approach to resolving discrepancies or issues that may arise during the verification process.

Qualification Requirements

- Graduation - Business/Human Resources (Preferred)

Experience

- Worked in a high volume/complex contact centre/operations workplace
- Prior experience of HR operations including managing BGV

Key Accountabilities

- Conducting Background Checks: work closely with the BGV vendor to complete all mandatory checks in time.
- Investigative Research: Conduct additional research when discrepancies arise during the verification process and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintaining Records: Keep accurate records of background checks, ensuring that sensitive information is handled confidentially.
