Department: Arundhati Bandhakala (Handloom Division)

Location: Corporate Office, Bhubaneswar

Experience: 3-7 Years

Qualification: Minimum Graduation

(Videography / Cinematography-related certification or course will be an added advantage)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Salary: Negotiable

Key Responsibilities

- Capture high-quality product photographs of handloom sarees, fabrics, apparel, and lifestyle collections.
- Plan and execute indoor and outdoor product, model, and campaign shoots.
- Create visually appealing images for e-commerce websites, social media, catalogues, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with the Design, Marketing, and E-commerce teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Handle studio lighting, camera equipment, backgrounds, and photography accessories.
- Edit and retouch photographs using qualified software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Assist in basic videography during product launches, promotional campaigns, and events.




- Maintain and organize digital photo libraries and ensure timely delivery of edited images.
- Ensure all visual content aligns with the Arundhati Bandhakala brand identity and quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest photography trends, creative concepts, and editing techniques.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of product and fashion photography.
- Proficiency in DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lighting techniques, and studio setup.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other image editing tools.
- Basic knowledge of videography and cinematography is preferred.
- Creative eye for composition, color, styling, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
