Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have solid sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills to ensure timely hiring of quality talent.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across departments.
- Understand manpower requirements from department heads.
- Prepare and publish job advertisements on job portals and social media.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct HR interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate technical and management interview rounds.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Perform reference checks and background verification where applicable.
- Negotiate salary offers within approved budgets.
- Prepare offer letters and coordinate joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate database, and hiring reports.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Participate in employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives.




- Achieve monthly hiring targets within defined timelines.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.

Required Skills
- Strong sourcing and networking abilities.
- Interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment portals and ATS.
- Negotiation and relationship management.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.

Preferred Experience
- Experience hiring for Retail, Apparel, Jewellery, E-commerce, Warehouse, Corporate, or Manufacturing roles.
- Hands-on experience with bulk hiring and lateral recruitment.
- Knowledge of HR documentation and onboarding processes.
