Key Responsibilities:

- Handle all customer billing and payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Receive payments through cash, UPI, debit/credit cards, cheques, and other approved payment modes.
- Generate invoices and ensure correct billing as per company policies.
- Verify customer purchase details before processing payments.
- Maintain accurate records of daily cash collections and transactions.
- Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Prepare daily cash reports and submit them to the Accounts/Finance department.
- Ensure proper handling and security of cash, jewellery bills, and other financial documents.
- Assist customers with payment-related queries in a courteous and qualified manner.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth billing and customer checkout.




- Identify and report any billing discrepancies or suspicious transactions immediately.
- Follow company policies regarding cash handling, refunds, exchanges, and discounts.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and customer data.
- Ensure compliance with GST billing procedures and internal accounting guidelines.
- Support periodic cash audits and stock verification activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the billing counter.
- Operate billing software/POS systems accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in closing daily sales reports and reconciliation.
- Deliver excellent customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Perform any other cashier or administrative duties assigned by the reporting manager.
