We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist who can independently manage the end-to-end recruitment process for BPO, bulk, and sales hiring requirements.

The ideal candidate should be capable of sourcing quality candidates, managing high-volume hiring, and ensuring timely closure of open positions.

This role requires someone who can own recruitment mandates from sourcing to onboarding, maintain strong communication with stakeholders, and ensure a smooth hiring experience for candidates.

********** Must-Haves **********

- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Experience in BPO hiring, Bulk Hiring, or Sales Hiring is mandatory
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and professional networks
- Ability to screen and evaluate candidates effectively based on role requirements
- Experience managing multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to coordinate interviews, offer discussions, and onboarding processes
- Candidates should be based in or near Andheri, Mumbai

- Experience in high-volume / mass recruitment
- Experience working closely with hiring managers and business teams
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment reporting
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Good academic background

- Position the employer brand effectively to attract quality talent
- Manage hiring for BPO, Bulk Hiring, and Sales roles
- Source and attract quality candidates through multiple channels
- Conduct initial candidate screening and shortlisting
- Coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate pipelines and provide regular recruitment updates
- Manage offer discussions and ensure a smooth onboarding handover

- Candidates with less than 2 years of recruitment experience
- HR professionals with only generalist HR exposure
